Ron Salter is pleased to announce that Salters Motorsport has successfully signed Dean Brindle for the coming season to drive the number 3 car for the team. Dean will be signed to Western Springs along with Ron. Kerry Jones who will sign for Baypark will also run at the Springs. Salters Motorsport have had two new Maxims built for this season which are being shipped to New Zealand now.

Ron and Natalie who own Salters Cartage wanted to see new blood in the team and looked at all of the drivers that ran last season, Dean Brindle was their first pick, Dean was asked to run at Waiheke Island with his team which he did last month. On the Friday night Dean and his team were told of the idea to run three cars over after match drinks at Waiheke and asked to join Salters Motorsport.

Salters are building four cars for the new season one of which is a spare which Craig Dollasky will drive when he is back in New Zealand at Western Springs.

  Salters are committed to sprint car racing and the Springs and look forward to seeing the three cars running at the front at the famous Auckland track.
