6 Jun 2006

Check out TV One this Sunday and catch up with Michael Pickens and Brad Mosen in the USA. The One Sport Motorsport guys caught up with both drivers at IRP several days ago and got the latest from both drivers.

The television coverage of the NZ Midget title is also scheduled to be broadcast later in the show.

ONE SPORT MOTORSPORT
SUNDAY 11th June
TV ONE
3:00pm to 6pm

Robert Rakete is back today and it is an action packed afternoon of Motorsport for a winters Sunday afternoon this week.

3:00pm Otago Classic Rally.

The classic event run along side the main Otago rally (which was seen a few weeks ago on the show) and an event that is getting quite a name for it’s self, as a really great event.

3:35pm World motocross MX 1 Round 5 – .

Two races from the Japanese round of the World Motocross championship, sadly now without kiwi riders but still very good events.

3:55pm Moto GP Round 5 France – 125cc Class.

As always it is the little bikes that kick off our coverage but as always the racing is great.

4:10pm Moto GP Round 5 – – 250cc Class.

Up now to the 250cc guys and the riders that are always on the horizon of the main division.

4:25pm Moto GP Round 5 France – Main Class.

Well this used to only really have one rider in it that shone above the rest but now we have a real battle for the championship in 2006 and it’s great.

4:55pm NZ Midget Championships Kihikihi.

Finally after many delays the 2006 Championship was run and it was all on for the title chase in 2006. Plus also Robert Rakete catches up with NZ Midget stars Brad Mosen and Michael Pickens whom we caught up with in the Untied States and checks out what they are up to in the speedway capital of the world.

5:20pm Indy Racing Series – Round 5 – Watkins Glen.

The second of the road course events for the IRL teams this season and yes he shines again, our own Scott Dixon owns Watkins Glen for the second year in a row.

Note: Even if the content of the show is not actually LIVE the broadcast transmission of the show is and is always subject to timing changes.
