Michael Pickens still leads the 2007 International Midget World Series now by a 10 point margin after his finish in tonight’s 25 lap International REWORKS feature race in the third round of the series.
The 2006 series winner, US driver Scott Hatton, drops to 4th after a difficult night chasing fueling problems.
The series continues with the REWORKS Southern 50 lap on Saturday 27th January at Powerbuilt Speedway in Christchurch. After his 25 lap feature win Brad Kuhn moves up into third place withing stricking distance of Pickens and Dave Darland who sits in second spot only 4 points ahead. The New Zealand captain Bryce Townsend moves into 5th place after a 4th place last night at Powerbuilt Speedway.
