The qualifying format for the International 50 lap Championship.

Drivers draw for the Hot lap start order (see draw below).

Each Driver has two individual flying hot laps and his best time is taken. The driver with the quickest lap time starts from pole position and the second quickest from grid 2 and so on back to grid 24.

Any non-qualifying drivers will race in the Last Chance race, lining up on the grid in accordance with their hot lap performance. The first two cars across the finish line will take the back row of the 50-lap starting grid, putting a total of 26 cars into the 50 lap feature race.
