The test team to race against the prestigious Team in the upcoming International Midget World series test races held at Western Springs speedway in Auckland and Powerbuilt Speedway in Christchurch this month has been announced today.
The Team is;

The team will race in a total of 8 test races against the six man test team during the six round International series which kicks off at Western Springs on Thursday the 18th January.
The team members will have to qualify for each race night’s feature race as well as representing in the tough, 12 lap, 12 car Test races each night. The six team members from each country will all race in the test races each night of the series.
“It’s a real honour to race for your country, said the Kiwi team’s winningest driver Michael Pickens, this series will be tough and all the guys in the team will have to perform to get any advantage over the guys.”
The role of team captain has been awarded to Midget Club president Bryce Townsend who has considerable racing experience and is one of ’s most respected racers.
